If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services we have rendered to you, we invite you to review our policy on refunds & returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products/services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Bespoke refer to the made to order, custom built to your specific needs, occasion type and size.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or pay for the bespoke service we have rendered to you.

Service refers to the Website & all Trendynikky social channels.

Website refers to , accessible from trendynikky.com & all social medial handles.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation/Amendment Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. However if we have procured materials on your behalf, you will take full responsibility and any potential loss as a result. Trendynikky will not refund you in any form, you are welcome to pick up your materials, and any monetary balance will be refunded back to you. 

The deadline for amendment of an Order is 7 - 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will amend Your order no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned goods/attire/fabrics. 

Conditions for Amendment

In order for the Goods to be eligible for an amendment, please make sure that:

Goods/attire/fabrics isn't used or damaged

Goods/attire/fabrics must be returned in its original packaging

Goods/attire/fabrics must have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be Amended:

The Goods/attire/fabrics made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The Goods/attire/fabrics which according to their nature are not suitable to be amended, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The Goods/attire/fabrics which are not suitable for amendment due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The sGoods/attire/fabrics which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse amendment of any attire/fabrics/clothing that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods/Fabrics/Attire/Clothing

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to provide amendment without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
